If it is true that Thomas Cook have practically done away with the Victorian "Welsh Not" threat to their staff, then they have been dragged from the 19th century into the 20th century. They still publish everything and conduct all their administration through the medium of English only. We now need a comprehensive Language Act to drag the company from the 20th to the 21st century.
